AsureQuality provides independent and impartial inspection, certification, verification and testing services. All goods and services provided by AsureQuality Ltd are on the basis of the terms set out below unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and any subsequent written contract between AsureQuality Ltd and the Customer, the terms of the subsequent written contract shall prevail.
